I have a basement studio apt for rent, Rent is $1500. It has a full bathroom and a kitchenette, You also have access to the backyard once its completed by the summer time. I also live on the premises upstairs and will need access to the basement for the boiler room and for the panels for the electricity so it can be read by the workers if need be. Your room has a door for full privacy. I do have a washer machine downstairs which are off limits to all the tenants. That is my personal washer and i do not allow anyone to use it.
