Are you a motivated real estate agent ready to close quick, high-paying rental deals? Join our team and start working on short-term rental listings and lease break opportunities. We provide the listings and pay for the marketing β you just show up and close.
This is a full-time, commission-based role with in-field training provided. Youβll start with short-term listings and, if you're consistent, youβll be invited to work voucher housing deals, where commissions are even higher.
πΌ What Youβll Do:
Work with short-term, flexible lease, and lease break rentals
Conduct showings, assist with follow-up, and coordinate move-ins
Receive active listings and ongoing leads
Get hands-on, in-field training from experienced agents
Optional promotion to voucher program deals after proving yourself
π° Compensation:
30% commission on your first 4 deals, then 40% moving forward
Average short-term deal pays $1,000β$1,500
Close 2β3 deals/week = $3,000β$4,000/week potential
Once promoted to voucher deals, earn an additional $2,000β$2,400 per deal
Total weekly income potential: $3,000β$4,000+ for agents working both programs
β Requirements:
Must be full-time and able to attend showings and appointments across NYC
Must be licensed, OR willing to become licensed within 4β6 weeks
Serious, committed, and highly responsive candidates only

Willing to invest in your success with a one-time $300 software/training fee
