💼 What You’ll Do:
Assist pre-screened clients with CityFHEPS, Section 8, and other housing vouchers
Show apartments, attend inspections, and coordinate landlord follow-ups
Work voucher deals and also gain access to short-term and long-term high-end rentals
Focus on client interaction — we handle the paperwork and backend processing
💰 Commission Structure:
100% commission — no salary
Earn 30% to 40% per closed deal
Average deal value: $5,000 to $7,000
Most active agents close 4–6 deals/month
Potential earnings: $4,800–$11,000+/month
Paid via direct deposit at the end of each calendar month
✅ What You Need:
Active NY real estate license (required)
Willing to transfer your license to our sponsoring brokerage
