Looking for a regular walker/sitter for two big, lovable labradoodles (Williamsburg)

Hello! Looking for help with my two wonderful but anxious labradoodles (~60 lbs each, male, ages 7 and 9). Specifically, someone who can help with weekly walks and/or take them off my hands for a few hours/overnight on a regular basis.
Why?
The 7 yr old is anxious about having people in our space. While it’s possible to “counter condition” him to be ok with people coming over, he is still not comfortable when my partner comes over, and that’s stressful for everyone.
The 9 yr old is reactive on walks. While he is a super well trained loose-leash walker, he will lunge/bark if not redirected, so one must be vigilant on walks of any approaching dogs/trucks/buses/wheelchairs/other triggers. The 7 year old is also a great loose-leash walker but he is obsessed with eating “street treats” and requires vigilance too.
My dogs are super smart, playful, and very affectionate! Great company to have if you can accept and respect their comfort level and special needs.
