You'll see that my references are from clients, neighbors, and friends who can attest to my character, responsibility, and experience caring for dogs over the last 10 years, specifically a poodle, terrier, and Aussie doodle. My most recent local sit has been regularly caring for my neighbor’s Aussie doodle, Leo. We go on 3 mile walks in beautiful Prospect Park and he loves it.
ABOUT ME
I'm Nena (pronounced 'Nih-Nuh'), and I'm a joyful, friendly, ambitious, and reliable young woman with a passion for anything that helps people thrive. This includes financial education, entrepreneurship, faith, fitness (longevity to be specific), global culture, youth, and community development.
I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and raised in Lexington Massachusetts. I studied International Business and Marketing with a Spanish Minor at the illustrious at Howard University. I landed a job in New York City after graduation and have been here since 2012.
As the Founder and CEO of Student Dream, a financial education nonprofit, I have the freedom and flexibility to work remotely and train students across the world to build a vision for their money and life.
I consider myself a global woman. My friends, family, and exploration spans 5 continents and 17 countries. I am a joy to be around because I have so much of it to give away. I would also describe myself as friendly, high energy and extroverted with a high level of emotional intelligence. This is why I respect my hosts, their homes, and love on their pets with the utmost care and affection.
