Our cooperative residential building includes an unfinished basement space with toilet and water hookups. The space used to be a dentist’s office. Now it is unfinished, which would give a lessee the chance to design the space to fit their own needs and specifications. It could be a storage space, an art or yoga studio, or something else. The location is in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, near the Brooklyn Museum, the 2/3/4/5 subway lines, and the B48 bus line. Accessibility is an issue; there are two means of entrance and exit, but both include stairs
