$495 / 144ft2 - Therapy or Remote Work Office Space Available (Williamsburg)

I'm currently using the space 1-3 days each week for in-person and virtual therapy. The space is also perfect for remote office work and/or creative endeavors (studying, writing, reading, dreaming, etc.). Kitchen access, waiting area for clients, tea & coffee, wifi, and all utilities are included in the monthly rate. The office is available starting May 8th, happy to prorate for May use!
**DETAILS**
Location: 134 Broadway, in Brooklyn, just off the Marcy Ave stop and close to many bus lines.
Monthly Rate: weekdays = $510 / weekends = $350 (ex: $510/month for every Wednesday)
Availability: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Commitment: I’d like to keep it simple. You can pick the day(s) that work with your schedule and pay via Venmo monthly. I'd prefer a 6-month minimum commitment, but I'm willing to accommodate different needs.
Office Aesthetic: tall ceilings, exposed brick, and two huge windows with SO much light.
Bonus! The office is located on the 4th floor of an elevator building. The space has all new construction with a beautiful entrance, clean hallways, and a spacious waiting area (with free tea for clients) + a huge kitchen & lounge for all tenants to use. This office has all the features that are nearly impossible to find in one location!
