You will have your own dedicated space on the window side of the studio, which faces east / south-east. The width is 15 feet.
Very convenient location, 1 stop from Manhattan on F, A, C, 2 or 3 trains; and 2 blocks from Brooklyn Bridge Park.
I currently use the space part time as a combo office / creative space for my multimedia art practice and work as a digital project manager.
I would like to share with someone who is professional and considerate of others, and does not use toxic materials or loud machinery. I'm flexible about whatever kind or work you do, and open to discuss sharing arrangements.
This is a stable situation and I'm looking for someone who plans to stay for at least one year, and hopefully longer!
