We (the two of us that are staying) are a photographer and a painter. We both are conscientious about sound and sharing space, keeping it fairly tidy. Please no dust making practices.
We’re on the third floor and get great indirect natural light in the front area (and a view!)
The entire floor is shared with other professional artists and is well maintained by responsive and caring management. It's truly a lovely, supportive community. Bathrooms, slop sinks and a small woodshop are available on the floor
