The space is 16 x 10. Your space can come furnished with work table and stool. Use of all mutual work tables and hand tools, materials, screen printing equipment, power tools.
The studio is a clean studio not much dust or fumes.
The space - artist studio/office
1000 sq ft hardwood floors and ceilings. 9.5 foot ceilings.
Studio has a full screen burning set up and a 4 arm screen printing press.
It is equipped with Lithographic Press, Screenprinting, flat files, chop saw, air compressor, work tables, storage, couch, ladders, tools, speakers, heat/AC and internet in studio.
On the water, no street traffic is heard!
Historic Greenpoint Terminal Building. 120 year old industrial building. 2 blocks from Greenpoint Av (G Train). 10 blocks from Bedford L stop.
24 access with freight elevator.
Small kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave. Bathroom and Industrial Sink located down the hall.
A super cool arts building on the east river with city views.
