This is private space within my larger work / art studio / office space. The
room for rent is separated with 2 glass doors (see pic). The room is a
finished space with lots of natural light from 3 windows. It’s a
good amount of space for a 1 or 2 person office, small art studio or whatever you needs may be.
The windows make the space feel larger, lots of fresh air and there is an air conditioner.
The space can be furnished or unfurnished your choice.
There is easy access to the roof with a table and chairs which you can use anytime.
I am willing to consider a short term or long term rental or discuss what your needs are.
