Plus we’re perfect for mixed media artists who also sew.
We are a cooperative fluctuating from 6 to 10 core members that share 600 ft.² of beautiful loft space and support each other in growing our processes.
For July minimum commitment is 3 months for $350/mo.
or 6 months or longer for $300/month.
+ deposit $350 or $350
+ one time nonrefundable sewing machine maintenance fee $100 gets you access to the co-op for five years

A Printer set up for Sublimation Print
A heat press that transfers prints on to any fabric.

Industrial Hardwood Floors we stripped and reclaimed to look gorgeous.

Greaty AC/Heating unit
Dressform storage* availability ranges caps at 4 dressforms.
