In search of individuals/bands to share practice space / studio in Bushwick. Room is approx 10' x 12' , currently it is just two of us sharing the space as our third dropped out. Until this point we have split the rent 3 ways, each paying $245 but we are hoping to split 4 ways to make each share $185.

Space is set up with JBL monitors, Apollo Twin, PA, Roland Jazz Chorus, Rumble Bass Combo, P-Bass, Telecaster. The gear is mostly mine and whoever rents the space with me is welcome to use it so long as it is used respectfully (i.e. not left on at the end of the night, not spilling beer on it).

You are welcome to bring your own gear to the space to the extent that it is functional and useful to have. Leaving an amp/ guitar is cool but the idea is to keep things relatively organized, minimal, and spacious as possible for ease of practice and also tracking instruments.

Would really like to get a basic drum kit in here as well as a tube amp, so if you have those that's a plus. If interested feel free to email me your name/cell and some music if you wish and we can set up a FaceTime or visit in person.
