We have curated a fabulous group of makers and artists of all sorts... from fashion to architecture, film making to jewelry and painting.... we have a bit of it all. Located down the street from Steiner Studios, Flushing Food Courts, Wegmans across the street, 15 minutes to BAM and New Lab is across the street. Kinda close to it all. it all Multiple sizes of art studios & office spaces geared towards smaller companies, fashion, start-ups, photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, editors, painters, photographers, sculptors, hat makers, jewelry, writers, and more! Our communal kitchen, conference and rooftop are great areas for networking or taking a moment or catching up on insta!

Centrally located; these studios are walking distance to Dumbo (12 mins), Pratt (12 mins), Wburg (10min via car).
