Construction / HVAC company looking for a reliable office assistant.

SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

PAY:
$1,000 per week (1099)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Answer phone calls and talk to clients
* Schedule jobs and coordinate with field workers
* Basic paperwork, invoices, emails
* Work with Excel / Word
* General office tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
* English & Russian required
* Organized and responsible
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks

IMPORTANT:
We need someone reliable who can actually handle work — not just sit in the office.
Experience in construction / HVAC is a big plus.
