We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Operations Assistant to support our growing construction company. This is a full-time remote position that plays a key role in supporting daily operations, project coordination, vendor management, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct internet research to identify vendors, suppliers, and business resources
* Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients via phone and email
* Assist with account setup, vendor onboarding, and project coordination
* Manage emails, schedules, documents, and company records
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases
* Support leadership with general administrative and operational tasks
* Help solve day-to-day business challenges and ensure projects stay organized
Requirements:
* Previous experience in construction, operations, project coordination, administrative support, or a related field required
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using technology, online tools, and business software
* Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Must reside in New York City or have strong knowledge of the five boroughs and surrounding areas
* Self-motivated, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
