We’re Speks, a Brooklyn-based product design company creating premium sensory products. Our wholesale channel is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Temporary Wholesale Order Processor to help support increased order volume and ensure smooth day-to-day execution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone experienced in data entry and customer service.
What You’ll Do
• Process wholesale purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter and manage orders in our ERP system (Cin7 experience a plus)
• Contact customers for payment information
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years experience in data entry or order processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets
• Ability to manage high order volume with accuracy
• Self-starter who can jump in quickly with minimal training
As we are looking to hire ASAP, preference will be given to candidates with immediate availability. This is an in-person position at our Dumbo, Brooklyn office.
