We are a Water Damage Cleanup and Restoration company located in South Brooklyn and are seeking a reliable and professional receptionist to manage our front office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
• Perform general front office and administrative duties
• Maintain organized records and handle confidential information
• Assist with data entry and document management
• Support daily office operations as needed
Required Skills:
