We are a fast-growing construction & maintenance company based in Brooklyn (Avenue J), and we’re looking for a professional, experienced Office Manager to join our team full-time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Overseeing daily office operations
-Handling billing, invoicing, and light bookkeeping
-Assisting with scheduling field crews and managing calendars
-Making sure projects are on track and staff follow protocol
-Communicating with clients and vendors
-Keeping digital files and internal systems organized
-Supporting management as needed
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous office management experience required (construction industry is a plus)
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Professional written and verbal communication
-Proficiency with computers and office software (QuickBooks a plus)
-Ability to work independently and take initiative
-Notary and/or Russian-speaking is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
$55,000–$65,000 starting salary, based on experience
Bonuses and paid time off

Full-time, in-office position (Brooklyn – Avenue J)
