APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN BROOKLYN ONLY! Home Office requires secretary/assistant for general office work in Import/Export, Mortgage Processing and other small businesses. Some experience in real estate and graphics would be helpful, and must be experienced with computers, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat programs. Must also be able to multitask among several departments within the companies. Applicant will train for approximately 90 days with pay (on a case by case basis) Mon, Wed & Fri 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and every other Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. (Hours are subject to change with notification so Applicant’s schedule must be flexible)
