Legal Administrative Support

Growing law firm seeks a motivated individual to assist with day-to-day tasks. The duties of position include: answering phones, drafting documents, scheduling, misc clerical work, and regular interaction with clients and attorneys.

-Confident speaking on the phone
-Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Word, Gmail, etc..)
-Very Organized
-Must be able to multi-task
-Must pay close attention to details

Spanish speaking is a plus. Strong writing skills are also a plus.

This position provides the opportunity to gain a great amount of practical experience as well as grow with our firm. Our office works as a team in a collegial atmosphere. Our line of work is very fulfilling and our clients tend to be grateful for our assistance. If you seek personal satisfaction in addition to great hands-on experience, then this may be the position for you.

This is a full time position: Monday-Friday 9:30AM-5:30PM
