Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Intake Manager with a background in Home Care. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage referrals and intake processes efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities:
-Manage all new client referrals and intake inquiries, actively seek
-Create and manage intake department
-Coordinate assessments and ensure proper documentation is completed
-Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and medical professionals
-Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency policies
-Actively engage in problem-solving and support office operations
-Provide ongoing support to the care coordination team
Requirements:
-Previous experience working in a Home Care Agency (intake, scheduling, or management role preferred)
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Must be proactive, reliable, and active in day-to-day operations
-Bilingual a plus (optional, if relevant for your area)
