We are looking for a detail-oriented bilingual English/Russian HR Coordinator to manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of our home health aides.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment/Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Compliance: Maintain employee files and ensure all certifications, medical records, and background checks comply with state and agency regulations.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or home care operations.
Proficiency in HHA Exchange is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
