Description:
We are an established flower, craft, and embroidery shop in Brooklyn looking to hire two experienced Customer Service & Sales Associates.
Available Positions:
• Weekday Position
• Weekend Position
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for confident individuals with strong sales skills who know how to communicate with customers and close orders.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Respond to customer emails and messages
• Take floral and embroidery orders accurately
• Provide pricing and product recommendations
• Upsell products and increase order value
• Manage and respond to social media messages
• Assist with posting content on social media
• Confirm pickup and delivery details
• Process payments and invoices
• Assist with light administrative and shop support tasks
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience REQUIRED
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Social media experience REQUIRED (Instagram, etc.)
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Good computer and typing skills
• Organized, confident, and professional
• Must be punctual and reliable\
