3-4 month temp assignment starting ASAP!
Daily responsibilities include:
• Answering phones
• Handling correspondence
• Calendar management on Outlook
• Preparing and processing expenses
• Arranging international and domestic travel
• Ad hoc projects
Candidates must have:
• College degree
• At least 2+ years of corporate administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Great attention to detail
Hours are 8 am – 5 pm. Must be available to start ASAP.
