We’re looking for an assistant to join our small team in Midtown. The job is pretty straightforward: help with scheduling, keeping things organized, answering calls and emails, and making sure the office runs smoothly day to day.
We don’t need a long list of degrees or fancy titles — just someone reliable, organized, and willing to learn. If you’ve done office work before, that’s a plus, but not required. What matters most is being dependable and ready to help where needed.
Pay starts at $25/hr. Hours are flexible to start, with the chance to move into full-time.
