Large rehearsal room with lofted ceilings and a skylight available in a pro studio building on the Williamsburg / Greenpoint border near L and G trains. Great for both individuals looking for a regular space to practice and/or bands looking for a home base to rehearse.

The room is a 24/7 lockout room with sound-treated walls, floors, etc., managed by a company that specializes in providing rehearsal rooms. You will love this room!

We are a group of local musicians, some of us professionals and some serious hobbyists, who share this wonderful space. After some studio mates have moved away, we're looking for some new members to join. This is not an hourly rental; we are looking for members who want regular, daily, or weekly time slots.

Backline includes drums, amps, PA, mics, keyboard stands, etc. We work it out so that everyone has what they need.

Pricing depends on scheduling, etc., but usually runs between $225 - $300 / mo. We can discuss your needs and how they relate to pricing.
