Looking for person/band who wants a fixed weekly time slot (occasional room for flexibility but this is not open calendar access). The room includes a shared basic PA with two speakers, mic stands, mics and mic cables, 4-piece drum kit, combo bass amp, and combo guitar amp. Space is available to store your own amp, guitar, or other moderately sized musical equipment. If you are looking to store larger drums, please reach out with specifics. We are a neat and respectful group sharing the space and are looking for the same.
Weekdays before 6 pm: $150.00 per month for a set 8 hours max per week (Wed - Fri available, between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm)
Early morning: $100 per month Sat and Sun, 7 am - 9:00 am)
Nights (Mon, Wed, Saturday, Sunday available, after 6 pm): $185.00 per month for one night weekly per month (4 hours per night)
First floor room, central air and heating, no smoking/vaping anywhere in the room or building. First month plus one month security needed to secure spot. Please include some information about yourself or your project when messaging us! Thank you!!
