For sale is a vintage Neumann U87, manufactured in 1972 in Western Germany.
Serial number: 22117.
This is a genuine early U87 from Neumann's golden era
— a true studio classic that defined the sound of countless recordings.
The microphone is in excellent condition for its age, with only a few small dents. Sonically, it performs beautifully.
