This can be converted to a 4 string cello very easily. I got this cello to play and I'm just not going to be able to get to it it. Currently, it's a rare 5 String Baroque. If you wanted to swap out bridges and have a new head nut put on, you could easily convert it to a 4 string electric cello. Right now it has a 5 string tailpiece but I'll throw in a 4 string tailpiece and 4 string bridge if you want to turn it into a four-string cello -- all you have to do is replace the head nut. Right now it's 5 string. It's in great shape but I need to move on to other projects. You'll be able to play that original 5 string cello that Bach wrote for, or you can do more modern music with that extra string and range. Right now it doesn't have strings and that's the only thing it needs, so you'll have to get those. But other than that, it's ready to go. There is no label. Hey, even if you just wanted to try and learn on a 5 string cello, you can learn on this. It has a bag and a bow, a suitable bow. Just needs strings. My loss is your gain.
