I teach flute, clarinet, saxophone (any), harmony, music theory, reading music, improvisation, song-writing. In-person or virtually via Zoom or Skype.
30+ years of experience (in Israel, Netherlands, Germany, United States). Education: Master's in Performance is from Cologne Conservatory (Germany) and second Master's in Composition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am an active performer on the NY, MA, NJ and VT scene. I am a Chamber Music America grantee and National Endowment for the Arts panelist.
Teaching all ages (piano starting 4 yrs old, woodwinds starting 7 or 8, depending on the child's height) and all styles, no restrictions. . A 30-min trial lesson is $50. A 1 hr lesson is $75, a 45-min lesson is $70.
