I have an opening at my spot in Greenpoint off the Nassau G (available immediately), 15 minute walk from the Bedford L. $150/month (plus $150 security) for 1 slot per week (up to 6 hours). There's a $40 deposit for the front door key. Scheduling can be flexible with enough heads up (there's a google calendar).
The room is about 9' x 20' and has been treated (double doors, thick walls and lots of padding), has AC, a PA (with music player), drum kit (with cymbals), a couch, internet and a computer. There is a television that can be used as an extra monitor if you're using a laptop. Amps are also available for use, and there is limited space available for gear. The building has security cameras, as well as an outdoor smoking space in the back.
It's a chill spot with a friendly vibe. Feel free to ask questions (some items differ from pictures, and there are new shelves coming)
