1999 Made-in-Japan (MIJ) w/ mahogany body, maple top, and mahogany SET thru neck.
This guitar is heavily upgraded including:
-beautiful full refret (by Main Drag/Anthony) with jumbo frets ($700 value)
-Bridge pickup changed to a Lollar DB - sounds awesome! ($200 value)
-Tremelo upgraded to a Gotoh GE1996T with heavy silent Floyd Rose springs. ($150 value)
-pro set-up at Main Drag ($75 value)
There are some cosmetic issues (superficial scuffing of finish all over and a paint chip at the base of the body (see last pic). Absolutely no structural issues and the guitar sings and resonates.
Keep in mind that this is MIJ and there are some other listings online for this model that are made in Korea (and without the upgrades). The price I listed here is a deal because the upgrades alone provide for the full price.
