Epiphone dual footswitch for switching between clean/dirty channels and reverb on/off. Should work with Epiphone and other amps that can use a two-button TRS switch--I used it for years with a Fender Deville.

I haven't tested it in a while (I no longer have the amp) but there's no reason it shouldn't still work.
