AVAILABLE: Mondays (24-hour slot) in an amazing large (10' x 20', photos make it look smaller) elevator-served rehearsal studio / practice space in Danbro studios, at 260 Meserole St. above Three Dollar Bill bar/venue. 5-min. walk from Montrose L stop. Located on top 5th floor. Very quiet space, good for recording projects or lessons or just practice.
Available Mondays, all day (morning/afternoon/evening, past midnight).
Share would come with access to PA/mics/drumkit (the mounted and floor toms are back in place, missing in photo)/cymbals/kick pedal/bass rig/Fender Twin guitar amp/Roland keyboard/gtr amp, and a Squier Strat house guitar, so whatever you'd like to use it for, pretty sure we have what you will need. There's some room for gear storage—combo amps, guitars/bass storage, etc. but not xtra drumkits, amp stacks, etc. There is no wi-fi.
Room has AC for summer/heat in winter. Co-tenants rarely cross paths, since each tenant has their own day, but they are all respectful and we collectively keep the space clean. It's a no smoking room.
$200/month, first and last month's rent necessary to get keys.
