I'm open to serious offers but since it's in excellent condition and includes all the necessary cables and accessories and the Control remote, I think it is worth close to what I am asking.
Purchased new from Sweetwater in November 2019 and used in my clean, non-smoking bedroom studio. Never moved since the initial hookup and routinely dusted.
Includes Apogee Control remote + cable (purchased refurbished direct from Apogee in March 2022), Thunderbolt cable (with Mini DisplayPort connectors on both ends), Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) adapter, power supply, rack mounting ears, original Element box, and manuals for Element and remote.
Software (Apogee Control) is downloadable for free under Legacy Product Installers on Apogee's Downloads page (see photo).

I don’t know what kind of interface anyone reading this has, but when I upgraded to this from my older Apogee Duet Firewire, all my latency problems disappeared and I was in heaven. It was a dramatic difference. Apparently its ability to monitor through the DAW with plugins and no audible delay is still today a major advantage over less expensive interfaces such as Apogee Duet, Focusrite Scarlett or Audient iD4.
I have had no issues with it. It has been effortless to use and it sounds fantastic. The remote helped streamline my workflow and the downloadable software is straightforward and user-friendly.
I corresponded with Apogee about compatibility with later MacOS versions, as I had been on 10.15.7 and thinking about updating, and was told the following: “The Element 88 driver on macOS 15 Sequoia has some known issues. Namely that multi-unit mode doesn't work (using two Elements at the same time), and the FX Rack window doesn't work from the control software - but does work if opened from the DAW side. If you don't need these things, then you can use it with macOS 15 Sequoia. Otherwise I recommend you stay on macOS 14 Sonoma or older."
I'm selling this because I am upgrading to a more modular system for more flexibility than an all-in-one unit.
Thanks for looking! Let me know if you would like to come by and I will be happy to hook it up and let you test it out.
