Sometimes referred to as "the poor man's Martin," Blueridge guitars are modelled after classic Martin instruments and are masterfully crafted in China from the same top quality materials and traditional building methods as are used in classic American instruments—yet they retail at about half the price point of similar Martin models. These gorgeous guitars are well-loved by players of folk, country, bluegrass, Irish trad, rock, and many other genres.
Gorgeously arrayed in natural finish with solid sitka spruce top, laminated mahogany back and sides, traditional bracing, and a slim, fast neck, this handsome instrument is modelled after the Martin D-18 and is all set up and ready to play. It also sounds great, with a clear, rich, classic tone, and a rosewood fretboard which plays beautifully. Guitar has a few nicks and scuffs, but is in perfect working order, with almost no visible fretwear. Overall, I'd rate this at about a 7 or 8 out of 10 in terms of its cosmetic condition. Cosmetic issues include:
*a few light scuffs and dings on the top
*a couple of minor dings on the back of the neck
*a few light scuffs on back
Finally, it comes with a quality hardshell case. Case functions perfectly and has only minor outside wear.
From the manufacturer:

Features like a select solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany back, sides, neck and rosewood fingerboard and peghead overlay combined with a host of other gorgeous accouterments like multi-ply body binding, M-O-P inlays, and nickel-plated Kluson style tuners really make this a professional-level guitar at an extremely affordable price. Authentic prewar bracing ensures tone and volume just like the finest guitars.
