I’m selling this vintage 1983 GL2 pre-production prototype Steinberger black hardtail guitar, with a n S-trem and GL7 faceplate, verified by Jeff Babbicz. It’s in very good condition, one missing fret at the base ($40 fix here in NYC quoted by Rudy’s Guitars, or you can send to Jeff who is the authority on Steinbergers who worked with Ned Steinberger in the 1980s. P-75 scratched into the base. It comes with a Gibson gig bag. Please watch a video showing it being played. Sounds great!

Gibson purchased the company in 1989 and stopped production, so this is a very rare guitar.
This guitar will only appreciate in value.
