Piano tuning by Isaac Namias. Concert technician and tuner for New York’s finest recording studios, venues and artists. I follow all Covid protocols for in-home piano tuning.
After graduating from Indiana University, where I studied Jazz Pedagogy at the Jacob School of Music, I moved to New York to pursue my passion: playing and studying piano in the mecca of music.
Soon after, I began apprenticing with a master craftsman. I worked closely with him and other technicians to learn how to rebuild and tune pianos. I then had the opportunity to work for the legendary Steinway & Sons company, where I learned more about piano rebuilding from a tradition of multigenerational artisans, and did piano sales and consulting.
Currently working independently and own Prosper Pianos (piano restoration and sales small business)
