• Research and qualify new prospects across key markets (North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia)
• Draft and send personalised outreach emails and follow-up sequences
CRM Setup & Management
• Help set up and populate our new CRM system with existing customer data going back to 2015
• Assist in maintaining accurate, and organized contact records and purchase history across all customer segments
• Track campaign performance, lead status, and follow-up activity
Marketing Campaigns
• Assist in managing and growing our Social Media/Instagram presence — content planning, posting, and engagement
• Coordinate across platforms (email, social, direct outreach) for cohesive campaign execution for new product releases
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
• Assist in building price lists for new product models across all SKUs and configurations
• Calculate discount structures for existing customers, rental houses, and volume buyers
• Support overall pricing strategy analysis across the product line
What We Are Looking For
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Business, or a related field
• Strong written communication skills — you write clearly, professionally, and without fluff
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and picking up new tools quickly (CRM platforms, email marketing software, Instagram)
• Detail-oriented and organized — managing a large contact database and multiple campaigns simultaneously requires real discipline
• Interest in the film industry, professional camera equipment, or manufacturing is a genuine plus
• Self-starter who can take a brief and run with it — we are a small team and we move fast
Compensation & Details
• Paid internship
• Full-time, or part time in-person at our NYC location
• June through August 2026 (flexible on exact dates)
• Hands-on mentorship from the CEO and direct exposure to all aspects of a precision manufacturing business
