Insanely Cozy Designs is a small Shopify apparel brand making embroidered beanies with an ICD-10 psych-code inspired design language. Cozy streetwear with meaning (or just a clean look).
We Don’t Choose Our Brains, but We Can Choose Our Style.
We’re looking for a younger, creative, internet-native person to help us make scroll-stopping ads and homepage hero images that sell.
Beanies now. Caps/tees/hoodies coming soon — this is a chance to get in right as we’re expanding.
What you’ll do
• Make static ads + simple short-form concepts for IG/FB (Meta-first)
• Create product mockup hero images for the website
(can be models, friends, customers, UGC, or AI-assisted—just needs to look real + on-brand)
• Write/brainstorm hooks, headlines, captions
• Make variations fast (layout/text/product angles)
• Keep files organized
You’re a fit if you
• Have taste, move fast, and can take feedback
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling
• Are respectful with mental-health-adjacent vibes (no stigma, no “medical claims”)
• Have basic tools: Canva / Photoshop / CapCut / Figma (any is fine)
Pay (Performance Bonuses)
This is not hourly. You get paid when your creative is tested and performs:
• $10 bonus for each new creative launched that spends at least $25 in ad spend
• +$25 bonus if it hits ROAS ≥ 2.0 over at least $75 spend
• +$50 bonus if it becomes a “winner” (runs 14+ days or exceeds $300 spend)
Tracking is done in Meta Ads Manager by ad ID + file naming.
Optional upside: You can also join as an affiliate and earn 12% commission on sales from your link/code.
