Company Overview: We are a growing medical practice seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in computer science, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing who can think strategically and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Ads Management (30%):
Offline Conversion Tracking: Implement and monitor offline conversion tracking to ensure accurate measurement of
campaign performance.
Landing Page Optimization: Create and optimize landing pages using Unbounce to maximize conversion rates.
CRM Integration: Utilize Zapier to integrate Google Ads with our CRM system, ensuring seamless data flow and
accurate tracking of customer interactions.
2. SEO Strategy & Execution (20%):
SEO Analysis: Perform comprehensive SEO analysis across our website, blog and online platforms. Utilize tools
like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console to improve SEO performance.
Backlink Building: Identify and develop backlink opportunities to build domain authority.
Reporting: Provide monthly SEO reports and implement on-page and off page optimizations.
3. Social Media Marketing (25%):
Meta Platforms: Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to increase
brand visibility and engagement.
4. Traditional Marketing (5%):
Print & Press: Coordinate paper press and other traditional marketing efforts.
5. IT & Technical Support (20%):
Assist with IT-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1yr in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEO, PPC, and content creation.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML and key SEO elements, including Schema implementation.
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Keyword Research Tools such as SEMrush, AHREFs, etc.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress.
Bonus Skills: Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or CSS is a plus.
