My name is Lena Bloch, I am Brooklyn-based jazz/classical musician, composer, teacher, clinician.
You can find me on Amazon, Google Play, Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube and on the web.
I teach flute, clarinet, saxophone (any), piano, music theory, reading music, improvisation, song-writing.
30 years of experience (in Israel, Netherlands, Germany, United States). Education: Master's in Performance is from Cologne Conservatory (Germany) and second Master's in Composition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am an active performer on the NY, MA, NJ and VT scene.
Please do not contact me for anything else than music instruction and my qualification-related position. I love teaching and I am looking for dedicated, open-minded students. Any other kind of "job" is outside of my interest.
I teach all ages and all styles of music. Some age restrictions apply to kids learning woodwinds.
Trial lesson 30 min - $50, 45 min - $60, one hour - $75.
