I’m a 33 year old working musician and songwriter offering private guitar lessons for beginners and intermediate players looking to improve their playing, songwriting, rhythm, confidence, and overall musical ability. All ages welcome!
Lessons can include:
Beginner guitar fundamentals
Chords, strumming, rhythm, and timing
Lead guitar basics
Songwriting and lyric writing
Melody and chord progressions
Recording/demo advice
I teach in a relaxed, practical way focused on actually playing music and getting better, not endless scales and theory.... unless you want that stuff.
Styles include:
Rock, pop, indie, alternative, folk, classic rock, Britpop, punk, singer-songwriter, and more.
Available for:
In-person lessons
Reasonable rates. First lesson can be kept casual to see if it’s a good fit. I'm happy to come to you or you can come to me in Bushwick, whatever you feel more comfortable with!
