My name is Ben McClintock and I am a professional performing, recording and teaching guitarist. I received my undergraduate degree from Berklee College of Music and my masters in Jazz Performance from Hunter College. I have taught guitar lessons for 15+ years and have a lot of knowledge to draw on to help you with your musical journey.
I teach students aged 10 and up and welcome all levels of experience from total beginner to more advanced players. My focus is teaching the language of music through learning songs. We will focus on melody, chords, scales, improvisation concepts and technique. All styles and genres are welcome. In addition, I teach songwriting, bass guitar, beginner piano and music production.
