There is an abandoned house nearby with rat tunnels running from the house out to the street. We already blocked their access at the house using heavy metal and mesh so they can’t come out from there. After that, they started coming out from under a tree.
We fixed the tree area by covering it with strong metal mesh and cement, then replaced the topsoil so the cement is hidden underneath and the tree area looks natural.
Now they’ve made a new tunnel under the sidewalk slab (see photo).
I need someone to:
Lift the damaged slab
Clean/clear the tunnel area
Install heavy-duty galvanized steel mesh
Pour cement to lock it in place
Reset slab or pour new concrete flush with the surrounding sidewalk

Details:
Must have tools, materials, and experience with sidewalk/concrete repair and pest prevention
Work should be done cleanly and neatly, blending with surroundings
