Just moved into a new apartment and need help with a variety of small projects - mostly straightforward carpentry, installations and painting, but also minor electrical and plumbing work.
I work from home and would love someone one day a week until various “projects” are complete.
Very brief/incomplete summary of work to be done:
• bedroom; reconfigure existing closet rods
• bathroom; hang new medicine cabinet (with integral lighting), hang towel bar
• w/d closet; install backflow prevention insert in existing floor drain
• yard; assemble/install plastic storage shed, sand/re-paint existing steel steps
• misc; storage cabinet/shelving assembly
Would prefer a day rate rather than an hourly rate, but will work however you’re comfortable. Can pay you in cash. For what it’s worth, I speak English and my office manager speaks Tagalog but we’ll figure out how best to communicate.
I have some tools, but not all. I’m two blocks from Home Depot.
