We are seeking a reliable building superintendent for a portfolio of residential apartment buildings in Bey-Stuy, Brooklyn.
Responsibilities:
Daily garbage removal and keeping garbage areas clean.
Cleaning common areas, hallways, sidewalks
Performing basic repairs and routing maintenance.
Responding to tenant maintenance requests
Requirements
Experience as a building super, or handyman, maintenance technician
