We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of residential building. This role ensures a clean, organized, and sanitary environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, stairways, elevators, lobbies, laundry rooms, and building entrances.
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of all shared spaces, ensuring high cleanliness standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as scrubbing floors, baseboards, walls, and hard-to-reach areas.
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recycling from common areas.
• Take out garbage and ensure waste is handled in accordance with building and local regulations.
• Replenish supplies in shared areas (soap, paper towels, trash liners, etc.).
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used, stored, and maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or building maintenance roles preferred.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Skills & Competencies:
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules.
• Teamwork and cooperation when coordinating with other staff.
• Awareness of safety and hygiene practices.
