We are seeking a dependable, skilled, hands-on professional to join our team as a Maintenance & Facilities Technician / Night Cleaner. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and has experience across multiple trades.
We are looking for a person who can help keep our facility operating at the highest standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
Perform nightly deep cleaning of the bathhouse, locker rooms, pools, saunas, steam rooms, and common areas
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards
Handle minor to moderate plumbing repairs and troubleshooting if needed
Perform basic electrical work, lighting repairs, and equipment maintenance
Complete carpentry, painting, patching, and general repair projects if needed
Assist with facility improvements and renovation projects as needed
Help ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times
Qualifications
Experience in facility maintenance, building operations, construction, or related trades
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to lift equipment and perform physical tasks
Pool, spa, hotel, gym, or hospitality maintenance experience is a plus
